SCOPE OF WORK The Town of Hope Mills is soliciting proposals for Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for the construction of approximately 785.7 feet of 10 wide concrete multi-use path, asphalt driveway connections, curb ramps and approximately 8.2 feet of 5 wide concrete sidewalk along the east side on NC 59/SR 1596 (N Main Street) from Boatmans Drive to Lakeview Road. PROPOSED CONTRACT TIME: June 3, 2024 to August 30, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The primary and/or subconsultant firm(s) shall be pre-qualified by the Department to perform ALL of the Discipline Codes listed below for the Town of Hope Mills. Questions must be submitted to the person listed above no later than April 19, 2024. The last addendum will be issued no later than April 23, 2024.
