Site work and paving for a road / highway in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town is accepting bids for chip sealing, crack filling, and paving. Sealed bids shall be labeled "2024 Street Projects". In Accordance with Wis. Stat. 62.15(3) all bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond equal to 10 percent of the bid payable to the Town of Brockway as guaranty that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute and file the proper contract including bond within the time limited by the Town. If the successful bidder so files the contract and bond, upon the execution of the contract by the Town, the check shall be returned. In case the successful bidder fails to file such contract and bond the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Town as liquidated damages. Town of Brockway reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Town of Brockway.
