As of September 13, 2024 bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Dam Forebay Headgate Replacement and Concrete Repairs. A pre-Bid conference will not be held for this Project. Bidders should direct questions regarding the Project to Warren Hayden at 608-443-0467 or warren.hayden@meadhunt.com. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Description: The Project consists of furnishing and installing two new steel headgates and repairing damaged concrete at the headgate portals. There are also additive bid alternates for furnishing and installing additional steel headgates Question Deadline 08/01/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
