Required License Classification is State of California Contractor Licenses A-General Engineering Contractor or B-General Building Contractor. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of the Business and Professions Code. This project is subject to the requirements of SB 854. Prevailing wages shall be paid to all workers in accordance with California Labor Code 1771. Bids must be prepared on the approved Proposal forms in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside.
