Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Temple City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,814-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

In accordance with provisions of Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, City of Temple City has determined that the contractor shall possess B-General Building Contractor valid California Contractors License. The Contractor shall complete all work within 60 working days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 06/24/2024 All questions regarding this bid shall be directed via email, no later than 10 calendar days prior to the Bid due date and time, to Furkan Cetinkale at furkan.cetinkale@transtech.org. Any questionsreceived after this deadline will not be answered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm transmission of correspondence.
