Demolition and site work for a residential development in Temple City, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as described in detail in the Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications to construct the project. Major work components inclu de demolition of building and pre demolition hazmat abatement and other relevant work at 5003 Sereno Drive , Temple City, CA. There is no mandatory DBE Participation requirement. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the City of TEMPLE CITY for an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. A labor and materials payment bond is required i n accordance with California Civil Code 9550 in a form approved by the City. Also a performance bonds and public improvement warranty are required. See Sample Contract for the required bond forms. Question Deadline 12/27/2024 All questions regarding this bid shall be directed via email, no later than 10 calendar days prior to the Bid due date and time , to Adam Talbot , Project Manager at pwbids.templecity@transtech.org . Required License Classification is State of California , B - General Building Contractor or C - 21 Building Moving/Demolition Contrac tor . N o b id will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of the Business and Professions Code. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of 60 calendar days.
