There is no mandatory DBE Participation requirement. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the City of TEMPLE CITY for an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. A labor and materials payment bond is required i n accordance with California Civil Code 9550 in a form approved by the City. Also a performance bonds and public improvement warranty are required.
