Demolition of Waipahu Incinerator Building and Miscellaneous Structures Demolition of Waipahu Incinerator Building and Miscellaneous Structures Phase 1 estimate: $950,000.00; Phase 2 estimate: $6,875,000.00 The project is for the demolition and removal of the subject structures. The project includes, but is not limited to: demolition and removal of the Waipahu Incinerator Building, elevated access roadway, wastewater treatment plant, and other miscellaneous structures. Deadline to Submit Request for Clarification/Substitutions May 1, 2024. Any questions related to the solicitation can be sent via e-mail to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. To be eligible to bid, the prospective Offeror must: Be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS"), relating to the licensing of contractors. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
