To address these repairs, we request a proposal for the following work, complete and in-place: 1. Basement: a. Replace drainline in OHSM vault. b. Replace water line in HISO #2. 2. First Floor: a. Paint and reseal exterior Vault walls. b. Address exterior wall leaks on Ewa-Makai side of building. c. Replace/add exterior floor tiles on Makai entry. d. Remove 4 abandoned AC units on Makai side and patch walls as necessary. e. Framing and installation of a partial wall and door in Room 123 and removal of a half-wall. 3. Second Floor: a. Encapsulate existing plaster ceiling. b. Replace drainline in conference room on Makai-Diamond Head side. 4. Third Floor: a. Encapsulate existing plaster ceiling. b. Address leaks in Men's Restroom and Director's Office 5. Fourth Floor: a. Provide catchment for two floor drains adjacent to refrigerators. b. Remove abandoned drainline and cap at ceiling in Room 447. c. Encapsulate existing plaster ceiling. 6. All floors: Replace fire hoses. Various repairs on all floors: includes replacing drain and water lines, resealing walls, repair/replace floor tiles, installing partial walls, installing catchments for floor drains and encapsulating plaster ceilings.
