For the reconstruction of sidewalk, tree planters, and ADA compliant curb ramps with cast iron detectable warning devices along the east side of Elm Street from Central Street to Merrimack Street in Manchester, NH The Contract includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work Remove existing concrete and brick sidewalk Construct approximately 1,500 SY of 4-Inch Reinforced Concrete Sidewalk Approximately 200 SY of which shall be Red Brick Stamped and Colored Construct four (4) ADA-compliant sidewalk curb ramps with detectable warning devices; Reconstruct nine (9) granite curb tree planters along Veterans Park; Reconstruct one (1) cast-in-place, concrete tree box with brick facing; Replace existing electric service to all ten (10) tree boxes with new conduit and pull boxes; Replace existing electric service to three (3) street lights and three (3) traffic signals with new conduit and pull boxes; Remove and reset existing wrought iron fence along Veterans Park; Reset all related appurtenances within the area of sidewalk reconstruction; Incidental construction required to complete the project.
