Responses will also be in writing and open to public review. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Only those inquiries and those responses made in writing will be binding. Response to Questions, Addenda County Wednesday, April 24, 2024, by 3:00PM. Bidder is to hold pricing firm for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. The Hillsborough County Department of Corrections reserves the right to cancel any contract awarded as a result of this proposal, without cause upon thirty (30) days written notice. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject all Proposals and to waive or disregard minor irregularities, informalities, or deficiencies. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to amend this Request for Proposal at any time prior to the receipt of Proposal. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners further reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal, in whole or in part, at any time. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners shall be the sole determining factor as to what constitutes an acceptable bid. The bid award shall be subject to annual funding appropriations.
