It is the intent of this project to patch and sealcoat the parking areas at Union High School and Sligo Elementary School. Any errors or omissions in the instructions or specifications will not relieve the contractor from this obligation. 2. Bidders are responsible for field measurements and verification of existing conditions. The successful bidder will be responsible to document the total square yards of patching and sealcoating to be completed and must adhere to specified compacted paving thicknesses and sealcoating millage. 3.
