Scope of Work The Tribe desires the awarded Contractor perform the following services at the locations as designated below for two (2) years: (A) Mowing weekly mowing or as necessary, as weather permits, to maintain an appropriate even height of grass, ensuring a healthy appearance; and (B) Edging edging on all tree rings, plant beds, buildings, sidewalks, fences, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaced areas bordered by grass with each mow; and (C) Trimming weekly trimming or as necessary around all street signs, lamp posts, fences, and any other obstructions to properly maintain healthy appearance of FSST campus grounds; and (D) Pruning pruning of shrubs and trees as needed; and (E) Leaf Removal removal and disposal of all leaves and other foliage collecting on the grounds during regularly scheduled mowings; and (F) Clean-Up/Trash Removal removal and disposal of any and all trash and other debris on the campus grounds; and (G) All other generally related work associated with the completion of (A)-(F). The awarded Contractor agrees to complete the aforementioned Scope of Work at the following locations as identified by the Tribe: FSST Pow-Wow Grounds; First Presbyterian Church & Cemetery; Tribal Courthouse; Eastman Hall; FSST Community Center; FSST Tribal & Finance Offices; Inkpa Duta and along road ditch on both sides of the road; Morning Sun Court; Old Tribal Office/Courthouse near Flandreau Indian School; St. Marys Episcopal Church; Elderly Community Member Homes by request (these must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Tribal Treasurer); and Any other ground as designated by the Tribe in Flandreau, South Dakota Please note the awarded Contractor is not authorized to subcontract these services without the express written permission of the Tribe.
