Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fremont, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and educational facility.
Fremont Unified School District ("District") is requesting proposals from Inspector of Record Firms to provide a scope of services as outlined in this document for the District proposed FUSD Solar Phase 1 project. The proposed projects include installation of new solar canopies and associated structural and electrical work, including ADA path of travel and parking stall upgrades at the following sites: Weibel ES Grimmer ES Warm Springs ES FUSD Transport Office FUSD District Office Forest Park ES MillarES Robertson HS Warwick ES Brier ES Maloney ES Parkmont ES Gomes ES Mission Valley ES Durham ES Question Deadline 04/19/2024 All questions regarding this project should be directed to Bo Liu, Cumming Group at Botao.liu@cumming-group.com. The Notice to Proceed for construction is anticipated to be issued on May 22, 2024. The general contractor shall achieve substantial completion by December 9, 2024. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. Further, the District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to negotiate contract terms with one or more respondent firms for one or more of the work items. The District retains the sole discretion to determine issues of compliance and to determine whether a respondent is responsive, responsible, and qualified.
