Replace Membrane Roof System Town of Wilson Fire Department Sheboygan County, Wisconsin Owner and Work: the Town of Wilson (Town), Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Provides Notice That Sealed Unit Price Bids Will Be Received to Replace the Fire Department Membrane Roof System.The following generalizes the Work items roof deck areas 1) north 2) southeast 3) southwest 1,360 sf 2,850 sf 650 sf 4,860 sf b. edge treatments (included) 2. Removals, Demolition and Preparation a. remove and dispose of aggregate ballast materials b. remove and dispose of membrane roof and underlayment (rigid insulation and board sheathing) c. remove roof penetrations and unused mechanical equipment d. remove and dispose of drip edges, waterproof flashing, gutters and downspouts 3. Rigid Insulation Board a. install rigid insulation board with premanufactured slope cut faces 1) north 2) southeast 3) southwest 4,800 bf 16,800 bf 3,600 bf 25,200 bf 4. Membrane Roof System. Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid as identified in the Instructions to Bidders. The BIDDER to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids
