Site work for a water / sewer project in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 24, 2025, this Project was cancelled. A single contract will be awarded to include all facets of the project in accordance with the specifications including underground directional boring and installation of related facilities, connection and installation of the fiber into and within the buildings proper and testing and certification of the new fiber extension. In order to be considered, bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified check in an amount not less than 5% of the total lump sum bid to act as surety that if awarded the work, the bidder will successfully complete the contract phase. A Performance and Payment bond in an amount not less than 100% of the lump sum bid amount will be required to be provided to the City of Sheboygan within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. The City of Sheboygan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, cancel this solicitation, to waive informalities in the bidding process, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the County of Sheboygan.
