Reference number : 1835083 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-22 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Supply of waterworks and sewerage materials - 3 e Avenue (Phase II) The City of Montmagny is requesting bids for the supply of waterworks and sewer materials necessary as part of the second phase of the 3rd Avenue repair project. The City of Montmagny does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. It disclaims all responsibility for the costs paid by bidders for the preparation of their bid and for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. All bidders must therefore ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders. The City also reserves the right to remove certain parts of the estimate, or to waive any of the conditions listed or to grant parts of the contract if it deems it appropriate. It also reserves the right not to accept any of the bids received if, in particular, they prove to be higher than market rates. In addition, the City may ignore any formal defect or minor defect that the submission may contain.
