The list will be made up of all professionals whose evaluation by the selection committee, according to the evaluation criteria stated, obtained a final score of at least 70 points for all the criteria as well as a minimum score of 70 points for criterion #2 The allocation of mandates, among the prequalified firms, will be done, barring special circumstances, according to an equitable distribution which takes into account the objectives referred to in paragraph 2 and paragraph 6 of the first paragraph of the section 2 of the Act respecting contracts by public bodies. . Consequently, the same firm could be granted one or more mandates among small and medium-sized renovation, construction and upgrading projects over the next three (3) years, i.e. from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027. This call for tenders is based solely on a quality assessment.
