The work includes the furnishing of the labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of flooring in the Fred Endert Pool Deck and Locker Room in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for a Base Bid Scope, and Bid Additives 1-3. Base Bid Includes: Demo of existing Sheet Flooring in locker rooms, and ADA bathroom. Slope correction and epoxy flooring system in locker rooms and ADA Bathroom. Existing coating and ardex removal of the pool deck. Slope correction, and epoxy flooring system on the pool deck. Bid Additive 1 Includes: Integral epoxy coved base over existing tile base around the pool deck. Bid Additive 2 Includes: Pool Slide Stairs: Remove existing coating on the stair treads and risers, remove rust, prime the steel risers and install floor system (to match pool deck)on the concrete treads and steel risers. Bid Additive 3 Includes: Sauna Flooring: Floor prep, and installation of epoxy flooring system (no base) in the sauna. Contractor must be licensed as an (A) General Engineering Contractor by the California Contractors State License Board to bid on this project. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price in the form provided herein. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which bid is, in the Owner's judgment, the lowest responsive bid. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any immaterial deviations in any bid and to delete items listed in the bid.
