Scope of Work of the Contract includes: 1. 39 Barrier free ramps 2. 26 mid-block ramps 3. 7,933 L.F. 5' sidewalk by Developer 4. 1,849 L.F. 10' Trail by Developer The project includes sidewalks, trails and ramps in accordance with the plans and specifications for The Ranch at Uptown Phase One. The Owner, TMTB Uptown, LLC a Delaware limited liability company on behalf of Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County, will be the Payor for the contract for Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgement will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
