Amendment 02 The Purpose of this ammendment is to attach an updated SOW with highlighted changes. Amendment 01 The Purpose of this ammendment is to: a) Publicize site visit, scheduled for 19 April @0900. Information on attending the site visit is inluded in the updated Combo attached. b) Extend the proposal due date until 25 April @ 1200 MST. c) Attach customer response to questions received. --- Joint Task Force North Unit - Privacy Fence Slats Install This requirement is for the purchase and installation of privacy fence slats to be fitted on an existing chain link fence IAW the attached Statement of Work, dated 28 February 2024. Location of work will take place at Joint Task Force North in Fort Bliss, TX. General Requirements: 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. 2. The work area shall be kept reasonably clean at all times. The Contractor shall perform a complete cleanup of the work area at the end of the contract. 3. All debris shall be disposed of off base by the Contractor. Specific Requirements: 1. Turnkey installation of Privacy Slats around the perimeter of the Joint Task Force North (JTFN). Vendor shall provide the material and installation of the privacy slats into the existing chain-link fence surrounding the JTFN. 2. The privacy slats shall be installed in a vertical direction. 3. The color of the privacy slats shall be Beige / Sand color. 4. Single-wall, flat-angular, extrusion-formulated using HDPE with additives for longevity of color and function. 5. Adds approximately 85% privacy to regular 2in diamond, 11-gauge chain link. 6. The fence is 4,000ft long and 6ft 6in tall. The privacy slats shall be 6ft in height with a 6in gap at the bottom as shown in the examples on the next page. 7. The existing chain-link fence is in good condition with no breaks or tears in the chain-link or the barbwire surrounding the JTFN. The ground-wires that are spread around the perimeter, shall not be hindered, removed, or tampered with in any manner. Vendor may have to skip this ground-wire area for installation of the privacy slat. Questions generated for this solicitation shall be submitted to the Point(s)-of-Contact (POC) identified below not-later-than 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time on 12 April 2024.
