The City of Phoenix Housing Department is seeking contractors to provide all labor, supervision, licensing, materials, replacement parts, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and incidentals required to perform various services, repairs, modernization, and upgrades for properties owned and operated by the City. Most projects covered under this contract will be Federally Funded, however, there may be projects occasionally that are not. Question Deadline 04/26/2024 at 2:00 PM MT All questions that arise relating to this solicitation should be directed via email to the Procurement Officer Melanie Bynoe-Torzala Management Assistant II - Contracts and Procurement 251 W Washington St., 4th Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003 Email: melanie.bynoe.torzala@phoenix.gov Phone: (602) 262-4927 The City of Phoenix Housing Department is seeking contractors to provide all labor, supervision, licensing, materials, replacement parts, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and incidentals required to perform various services, repairs, modernization, and upgrades for properties owned and operated by the City. In addition, the Housing Department is looking for contractors to perform commercial and residential services outlined in the scope of work. This work will include, but is not limited to: o general labor; o carpentry work; o drywall work; o cabinets and countertops; o appliance service and repair; o garage door replacement; repair; and maintenance; o interior and exterior door replacement; repair; and maintenance; o glaziers; o electrical work; o occasional HVAC replacement and plumbing o masonry and plaster work; o metal fabrication; o other similar services as needed. The City will award contracts based on the needs of the department programs for General Contractors and Laborers for rehabilitation projects, Handyman, Garage Door Technicians, Glaziers, and Appliance Technicians for repairs, upgrades, and/or modernization projects. In addition to the above projects, the Housing Department will have projects that are not federally funded. Contractor shall be notified of these projects and the Davis Bacon rules may not apply in some cases.
