Statewide Flooring The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish the State's Floor Covering including all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install carpet and flooring materials in designated areas Program for Eligible Agencies, Employees, and the State of Arizona. The contract shall be available for use by all State Agencies, Boards and Commissions as well as participating Cooperative Members, collectively hereinafter referred to as Eligible Agencies. The Special Terms and Conditions provide a more detailed definition of Eligible Agencies. A list of all State Agencies and Cooperative Members may be found on the State Procurement Office"s Website. The purpose of this Solicitation is to award a contract(s) to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal is determined in writing to be the most advantageous to this state. The contracts shall be for supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools and transportation necessary to install, repair or replace various flooring systems at Statewide locations for Eligible Agencies. No pre-offer conference will be held The contractor shall be responsible for replacement of, but not limited to, carpets, floor tile, VCT/LVT, sheet vinyl, stone tile, hardwood, laminated flooring, linoleum, rubber stair treads and/or other materials as required. The contractor shall be available to schedule a time to inspect and measure the property to prepare a reasonable estimate for time and materials at Statewide locations.
