The Bid Bond shall be made payable to Tobacco Valley Development Corporation and shall be properly executed by the Bidder. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project title "Enfield Manor", Company Name and the appropriate Bid Package # and description (submit separate envelopes if bidding multiple Bid Packages). Bid responses must be signed and include the following (incomplete bid responses could result in rejection): - Bid Bond (for contracts exceeding $50,000) - Trade-specific Bid Form with all sections completed - CHRO Contract Compliance Regulations Notification to Bidders Subcontractor bids shall remain valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. This project will utilize both state and federal funding. The greater of State Residential Prevailing Wages and Federal Davis Bacon Residential Wages will apply.
