Completed plans call for the construction of a 109,522-square-foot, 99-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for the demolition of a multi-residential development.
Enterprise Builders, Inc. (EBI), acting as Construction Manager for the Enfield Manor project, invites all trade subcontractors to submit a response to one or more of the Bid Packages listed below. This project consists of the abatement/demolition of (18) existing structures and the construction of two new apartment buildings totaling 99 units and 109,522 sf. Bid Packages: 02A - Abatement & Building Demolition 02B - Temporary Fencing 02C - Sitework 02D - Fencing 02E - Landscaping 02F - Final Cleaning 03A - Cast-In-Place Concrete 03B - Cementitious Underlayment 04A - Masonry 05A - Structural Steel & Metal Fabrications 06A - Rough Carpentry 06B - Finish Carpentry 07A - Waterproofing 07B - Thermal Insulation 07C - Siding 07D - Roofing 08A - Doors, Frames & Hardware 08B - Overhead Doors 08C - Windows 08D - Glass & Glazing 09A - Drywall 09B - Acoustical Ceilings 09C - Flooring 09D - Painting 10A - Signage 11A -Residential Appliances 12A - Window Treatments 12B - Residential Casework 14A - Elevators 21A - Fire Protection 22A - Plumbing 23A - HVAC 26A - Electrical Bid Packages have been issued in EBI Bulletin #1 Bid Forms will be issued with the next EBI Bulletin A satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid, must be submitted with each bid greater than $50,000. The Bid Bond shall be made payable to Tobacco Valley Development Corporation and shall be properly executed by the Bidder. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project title "Enfield Manor", Company Name and the appropriate Bid Package # and description (submit separate envelopes if bidding multiple Bid Packages). Bid responses must be signed and include the following (incomplete bid responses could result in rejection): - Bid Bond (for contracts exceeding $50,000) - Trade-specific Bid Form with all sections completed - CHRO Contract Compliance Regulations Notification to Bidders Subcontractor bids shall remain valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. This project will utilize both state and federal funding. The greater of State Residential Prevailing Wages and Federal Davis Bacon Residential Wages will apply.
