County's Carwash Facility and Wash Bay Renovation, at 2796 Paulin Drive, Santa
Rosa, California. The work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of an
existing carwash bay including provision of new pressure washing equipment at
existing bay located at the northeast corner of the existing fleet vehicle car wash and
fueling station. The existing slab will be reworked to provide adequate catchment
drainage. The catchment system will be connected to the existing system for the car wash with new drain and EPA-grade drain with additional reclaim system and utilities
compliant to serve the new equipment. The existing structure's slab is adequate for
wall mounted and floor mounted equipment. Project also includes option for
replacement of the existing automated vehicle wash system equipment with new
