Construction of Runway 15-33 Safety area Grading Project Phase 2 Contract This project includes removing the existing VASIs from Runway 15-33 and replacing them with new PAPIs at each runway end, changing the runway landing designation pavement markings, replacing guidance sign panels, permanently displacing the Runway 33 Threshold and relocating the threshold lights. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum proposal price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. Every request concerning this project must be made in writing or email addressed to Richard Graham, P.E. (rgraham@cscos.com) at C&S Engineers, Inc., located at 2575 E Camelback Rd, Suite 740, Phoenix, AZ 85016, and to be given consideration must be received at the above address at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids. Any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, which, when issued, will be sent and or posted not later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. All addenda so issued shall become Part of the Contract and acknowledged by Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, and to reject any and all proposals.
