a) The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing and delivering all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, travel, utilities, and services necessary for performing all work as called for in these specifications. The work shall include, furnishing and delivering three (3) reinforced fiberglass buildings and appurtenance as detailed below. b) The bid price for this project shall be a lump sum, including F.O.B., Covington, Louisiana destinations given elsewhere in these documents. c) The Parish reserves the right to purchase one (1) additional reinforced fiberglass building within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the bid opening date, at the price quoted in the Bid Form in Section (4). d) Contractor shall furnish detailed shop drawings of the proposed fiberglass building within two (2) weeks after the "Notice to Proceed" is issued. The shop drawings shall indicate details of the building and all the required accessories as specified. Additionally, detailed dimensions of the building, anchoring requirements/spacing, and weight shall be provided for the owner to properly size concrete foundations for each building Question Deadline 04/16/2024 at 2:00 PM CT. Questions or concerns must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Department no later than 2:00 CST seven (7) working days prior to the bid opening date.
