Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project, located in Nagler Residence Hall covers floors 2-5. Each of the corridors on the four floors will be freshly painted. The apartments and dorm rooms will also be newly painted. The contractor is responsible for moving all of the furniture to the center of the room and protecting it, until completion of the work. When work is completed, the furniture will be returned to its original location unstacked. Furniture may not be stored anywhere during painting except in the room. Provide labor, materials, tests, tools and equipment to complete the painting for the Nagler Residence Hall corridors and residential areas, as designated. Contractor may begin procurement of materials and submission of shop drawings following award. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Purchasing Department via email: purchasingbids@fitnyc.edu, no later than Friday, April 19, 2024 on or before 3:00 P.M.
