The work for which consists of the resurfacing and limited full depth replacement of pavement around Griggs Reservoir and resurfacing of Home Road Marina and other work as may be necessary to complete the contract. The last day to submit Questions pertaining to this invitation for bid must be submitted by May 6, 2026, 5:00 PM Eastern Time via email to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contract Estimated to Exceed $500,000 But Not Exceed $2,000,000 The scope of this project includes pavement maintenance work at Griggs Reservoir Park as described herein, shown in attached figures, and in accordance with the City of Columbus Construction & Materials Specifications (CMSC), the City of Columbus Tree Technical Manual, and as referenced therein. Pavement maintenance work shall consist primarily of overlay, crack fill and seal coat, full depth spot repairs, new full depth asphalt, concrete curb replacement, pavement marking/striping, maintenance of traffic, and other work as required to complete the scope described herein. In addition to paving, the scope of this project also includes the removal of an existing fountain and backfill with soil to match the existing grade. The total area of pavement and soil disturbance is 0.95 acres which includes 0.80 acres of mill and overlay and 0.15 acres of full depth repair. The scope also includes an additional 0.16 acres of crack fill and seal coat which require no pavement or soil disturbance.
