Scope: Graffiti Abatement Services are needed to abate graffiti on privately owned structures where permission has been granted (with a waiver from the property owner). The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment, and comply with all applicable codes, standards, regulations, and worker safety rules from federal, state, and local agencies. One contractor will be hired to perform the services, with a contract amount up to $30,000.00 for a period from approximately May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. Instructions to bidders: Bidders must submit a bid through the City of Columbus’ Vendor Services Portal. Specification questions must be submitted via the Vendor Services portal by 10:00 am Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. Responses to questions will be posted on Vendor Services no later than Friday, March 27th, 2025, at 10:00 am. No pre-bid walk-through will be held. The Graffiti Abatement Experience References Form must be attached on Line 10. Question deadline( March 25th, 2026 ) was closed so unable to add the event. Pre-Bid Facility Walk-Through: A pre-bid walk-through will not be held for this procurement effort.
