The City of Moreno Valley and the Moreno Valley Community Services District (the "City") are soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide testing, maintenance, and repair of irrigation pumps for certain parkways, medians, and open space landscaped areas, as defined in Exhibit A -Scope of Work. This will be a five (5) year contract. Multi-year contracts may be continued each fiscal year only after funding appropriations and program approvals have been granted by the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley and/or the City Council acting in the capacity as President and Members of the Board of Directors of the Moreno Valley Community Services District ("City Council"). Questions & Answer Deadline: April 22, 2024, 2:00pm. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted through electronically. 5 years - July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029 Right to Reject Proposals: The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any non-material irregularities or informalities in any proposal, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items.
