The City of Moreno Valley (City) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for On-Call Professional Consultant Land Surveying and Right of Way Services mainly for the Public Works Department. The City desires to select multiple firms for these services who may be retained for a three-year term, subject to City Council approval. At the expiration date of the agreement, the City has the option to extend the Consultant's services for an additional two years depending on work performance and workload. Typically, on-call services to be provided are at smaller/limited scope valued at less than $100,000. The City desires to obtain the services of one or more consultants to assist with surveying services. The scope of land surveying services includes, but not limited to, property and right of way records research, right of way and boundary surveys, topographic surveys, basemap/CAD/plats/easements/legal descriptions preparation, records of surveys/corner records/right of way maps preparation, construction staking, locate, relocate, establish, reestablish, or retrace any property line or boundary of any parcel of land, right-of-way, easement, or alignment of those lines or boundaries, replacement of lost or missing boundary corners, photogrammetric surveying, aerial topographic mapping or aerial photography, utilities and other infrastructures surveying and mapping. City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any non-material irregularities or informalities in any proposal, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items.
