WSISD is accepting proposals for REMOVAL/INSTALLATION FOR 4 DISH MACHINES AT 4 DIFFERENT CAMPUSES. NOTICE REGARDING SUBMISSION OF RESPONSE TO THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Your proposal MUST be signed by an individual authorized to contractually bind the firm or individual submitting the proposal. Failure to sign the proposal will cause it to be rejected as NON-RESPONSIVE. Person signing the Proposal should show title or authority to bind his/her firm in a contract. It is preferred that proposals be submitted online, through the WSISD IONWAVE bidding system. If you prefer to submit a paper copy of your proposal, you must provide one original and one copy of your proposal. The District recommends that paper copies be either hand delivered to the WSISD Purchasing Department, or that you have them delivered by a courier type service, such as FedEx or UPS, with a recipient's signature and documented time of delivery. Proposals cannot be submitted via facsimile (fax) or direct email. Scope of Services: WSISD will be replacing the Dish Machines in the kitchens of four (4) of our campuses. Preferred equipment is detailed below, but comparable equipment that meets the listed specifications may be quoted. Quote should include all applicable costs associated with the demolition and removal of old equipment, as well as the purchase, delivery, and installation of the new equipment. o Remove and dispose of existing equipment. o New equipment must match the location's current specifications: electrical, gas lines, plumbing/drains, and venting. o Schedule delivery and installation to campus. o Set in place, level, and connect to existing utilities. o Ensure equipment is working properly upon completion of installation. o Removal of packaging materials and rubbish.
