Question Deadline 04/24/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Any questions pertaining to the proposal procedures and/or specifications shall be emailed to Taylor Shaw, tshaw@ems-isd.net. cope of Work This is a solicitation for the procurement of Elevators & Wheelchair Lifts Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services. The initial term of this solicitation is from September 1, 2024 until August 31, 2025. The District reserves the right to execute annual renewal options for up to a total contract renewal term not to exceed four (4) years beginning September 1, 2025. As of the Issuance date of this RFP and continuing until the final date for submission of proposals, contact with EMS ISD employees, except for members of the Purchasing Department, is strictly prohibited. All personnel representing EMS ISD are specifically directed not to hold meetings, conferences or technical discussions with any vendor for purposes of responding to this RFP. Any vendor found to be acting in any way contrary to this directive will be disqualified from entering into any contract that may result from this RFP.
