The project is located from Gregory to Halfway Crossing (Benton County Road 40) includes rehabilitation recommendation, installation of a J-turn at Halfway Crossing, hydraulic improvements (centerline culverts), and temporary traffic control and detour/staging design. The goal of this project is to provide roadway, traffic and hydraulic design plans and special provision to be used for highway design. The project manager and District staff will review the Hydraulic Recommendations, Material Design Recommendation, 30%, 60%, and 90% plans and special provisions before approving them.
