Furnish & Install Granular Activated Carbon The contract shall be for a period of three-years. It is estimated that the contract period will commence in June 2024. No bidder shall withdraw their bid after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All bids must be firm bids for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the time set for opening bids. The City of Dunedin reserves the right to accept such bids, as are in the best interests of the City, to waive informalities, or to reject any or all bids. Bids which are incomplete or which are not submitted in accordance with the instructions may be disqualified. The awarded Contractor (the "Contractor") will furnish and install the GAC on an as needed basis to the City's Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant located at 1401 County Road #1 Dunedin, FL 34698. Furnished GAC will be either virgin or regenerated at the City's option. The GAC is used to treat ground water for total organic carbon (TOC) removal.
