All Proposals Must Include: Proof of Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability Insurance, and Workers' Compensation Insurance. The Village Must Be Identified as an Additional Insured. Commercial General Liability Limits Must Be No Less Than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit Per Occurrence for Bodily Injury, and Property Damage and $1,000,000 Per Occurrence for Personal Injury. Business Automobile Liability Limits Must Be No Less Than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit Per Accident for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Guaranteed Completion of Work Within 30 Days of Executed Contract (Up to Five (5) Additional Days for Weather) Contractor Registration With the Village It is the Village's Intent to Award This Contract to a Single Company, Although the Village Reserves the Right to Award One or Multiple Contracts as It May Be in Its Best Interest. The Village of Spaulding Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, To Waive Any Technicality and to Accept Any Bid Deemed to Be in The Best Interest of the Village. The Successful Bidder Will Enter a Contract With the Village Covering the Provision of These Services Within 30 Days of Bid Award. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works Are Subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820Ilcs 130/1-12).
