Site work and paving for a civil project in Roselle, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Village of Roselle is accepting proposals for the 2024 Storm Sewer Improvements Program located at various locations throughout the Village. These improvements shall consist of removing and replacing existing storm sewers, shaping and grading ditches, removing and replacing driveway culverts, installing inlets, asphalt driveway removal and replacement, concrete driveway removal and replacement, underdrain installation, restoration and any ancillary work necessary. To meet the requirements of the grant 18% of contract value must be completed by a minority-owned business enterprise (MBEs or WMBEs) and 10% of the contract valve must be completed by a women-owned business enterprise (WBEs or WMBEs). Only subcontractors/suppliers certified through the State of Illinois' Commission of Equity and Inclusion Business Enterprise Program will count toward meeting the utilization goals for this contract.
