Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Roselle, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Irving Park Road is a key corridor for people entering and traveling through the Village. There are not consistent bicycle and pedestrian accommodations throughout the corridor from the west Village limits to the east Village limits. This project will establish off street multi-use paths where possible and create an on-street bike route through areas north of Irving Park Road to complete an east-west bicycle route connection. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of February 04, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
