Renovation of a detention facility in Flemington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 39,420-square-foot, four-story above grade detention facility.
Vav Box and Controls System Replacement at the Hunterdon County Justice Center The work consists of replacement of approximately 92 Variable Air Volume Terminal Units and required modifications to the piping, electrical, and duct work systems. Replacement of 4 base mounted chilled water pumps and associated VFDs. Replacement and upgrades to the control system for the entire building. Work will be phased by building section to allow for continued owner occupancy. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the County of Hunterdon. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law
