The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide all Work and Materials for completion of the Airport Comprehensive Sewer Plan - Hospital Sewer Line West Rehabilitation project, in accordance with contract specifications Background The Hospital Sewer Line West gravity sewer system is part of the City's HRSD PS 221 service area. Located near the Airport, this system consists of approximately twenty-five (25) mainline reaches, ranging in size from 8-inch to 24-inch and spanning a total of 5,035 Linear Feet (LF), twenty-five (25) manholes and twelve (12) laterals. Based a condition assessment of this system, the City determined that sewer rehabilitation was necessary to mitigate I&I and prevent failure. Question Deadline: 04/22/2024 at 1:00 PM ET, Questions regarding this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be submitted in writing through online. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
