Project includes replacing the Counting House exterior exit stair treads, cleaning off corrosion from the steel structure, replacing glazing panels and painting the entire stair structure. Also, included is removing corrosion and peeling paint off the CEBAF Center loading dock roof deck ceiling and ladder and painting ceiling structure and adjacent piping and equipment. Any questions related to the RFP/RFQ must be in writing and should be sent by email or by fax to the attention of the Procurement Officer or mailed to the Procurement Office business address. For expediency, email is highly preferred. All inquiries regarding this solicitation must be received no later than to allow JSA 05/13/2024 sufficient time to respond.
