Town of Needham Pre-Qualified HVAC Prime Contractors acting as the General Contractor, and Sub-Contractor firms for the Broadmeadow Elementary School RTU Replacement Project located at 120 Broad Meadow Road, Needham, MA in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by GGD Consulting Engineers. Bidders can submit bids for this project in the following categories of work: HVAC Prime Contractor (Prequalified) Subcontractor categories: Built-up Roofing and Electrical. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities. Scope includes the replacement of all five existing Broadmeadow School RTUs during the summer of 2025. All work associated with the RTU replacement is to be substantially completed and the system fully operational by August 15, 2025. The Estimated Construction Cost: $4,090,000.
