Replacement of the existing Bissel Park multi-use surface. Preferred scope to include: a new ice plant, new ice resurfacing building, and a new multi-purpose pad. TIMELINE: RFP for detailed design has been awarded. Council have directed staff to submit a grant application to the Ontario Sport and Recreation Fund to assist with projected project costs and to engage in continued communication with the community and stakeholders. Further update may be available fall 2026. *Preliminary designs were completed by the Consultant.
