Renovation of a swimming pool in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of London (City), is inviting qualified firms (bidders) to provide goods and services with respect to the Work described below: - Removal and replacement of all existing lockers in the woman's change room for Canada Games Aquatic Center located at 1045 Wonderland Rd. North London. The Contractor shall conduct an environmentally responsible program and adhere to the City of London Standards and policy for the safe removal and disposal of existing lockers. The Work shall involve the following: - Work within the confines of the Woman's Change room and follow path of travel for removal from work area to the exterior disposal location approved on site. - Remove existing lockers and make good surface materials to receive replacement lockers for installation. - Procure and install approximately 187 full-size heavy-duty replacement lockers as per material specification provided. - Provide for review and approval option for change of material as noted in specification. - Provide for review and approval option for colour of lockers. - Consult and coordinate with PM and Facilities any repairs and maintenance required to make good the flooring materials effected by removal and installation of lockers.
