The SERVICE PROVIDER must provide the labor including supervision and management thereof. It must be able to provide a service truck, equipment, tools, cleaning products as well as debris removal as specified in the tender documents. The CSSDGS serves customers spread over a territory of: 11 municipalities in the county of the MRC of Roussillon; 10 municipalities in the MRC des Jardins-de-Napierville county. It is composed of : 39 primary schools; 12 secondary schools; 1 specialized school; 1 general education center for adults; 2 professional training centers; 2 administrative centers. The bidder must have, in the administrative region of Monteregie or within a 50 km radius of the address 50 boulevard Taschereau, La Prairie, Qc, J5R 4V3, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours. CONTRACT LENGTH This contract is valid for one (1) year with two (2) renewal options of one (1) year each, for a total duration of three (3) years.
