The work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to providing all labor, equipment, and materials to; Replace boilers buildings 406Q, 426Q, 638Q and all related work, at the Camp Grayling Training Center, in accordance with these specifications and accompanying drawings, DMVA Project No. 26B1524013. ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: All requests or inquiries concerning the Bidding Documents, or the Work must be addressed to: Brian Bushnell at bushnellb1@michigan.gov. Questions will be accepted until April 24, 2024, 10:00am ET. The Work, replace boilers bldg. 406Q, 426Q, 638Q and other related items at the Camp Grayling Training Center, Agency No. 511, Funding Code. 1070, DTMB File No. 511/24229.AGY includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace boilers bldg. 406Q, 426Q, 638Q and all related work at the Camp Grayling Training Center, in accordance with these specifications and accompanying drawings, DMVA Project No. 26B1524013. The site is located at the Camp Grayling Annual Training Site, Grayling, MI 49738, as shown on the Drawings Before beginning Work the Contractor must coordinate with the State Agency representative to implement the schedule for the Project. Once the Project is started, it must be carried to completion without delay. (b) Any building utility service interruptions or outages including security required by the Contractor in performing the Work must be prearranged with the staff of the State Agency and must occur only during those scheduled times. (c) The Contractor is not responsible for removing room furnishings unless is required by the Contract Documents.
