Fillmore High School - Arts Building HVAC Installation & Window Replacement Project Question Deadline 05/02/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Final Submission of RFI The Contract time is 120 days which includes procurement time for long lead items to arrive by June 10, 2024. Construction start Date will be 6/7/2024 with Substantial Completion by 8/14/24. Final Completion by 9/1/24. CONTRACTOR should consult the General Conditions. a cashier s check made payable to the District Such bidders security must be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of bid eparate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract amount. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active Class B License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract. The Contractors California State License number shall be clearly stated on the bidders proposal. Bids will not be accepted if a Contractor has not been prequalified where prequalification is required. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding
