REBID HVAC Maintenance, Fillmore Hatchery, Ventura County, California Description of Services 1. The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for semi-annual inspection, maintenance, servicing and repair of state-owned building and infrastructure HVAC units, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely. 2. Location of Services: The services will be performed at Fillmore Hatchery: • Main Facility: 612 E. Telegraph Road, Fillmore, Ventura County, 93016 • State Owned Housing: o Unit# R5-36: 656 E. Telegraph Road, Fillmore, Ventura County, 93016 o Unit# R5-37: 648 E. Telegraph Road, Fillmore, Ventura County, 93016 o Unit# R5-38: 638 E.
