Selection of Contractor May 2024 Main Task Order Timeframe June 2024 - September 2024 Selection & Award The City intends to award this contract to the bidder who provides the lowest responsible, responsive bid that, in the opinion of the City, meets all specification criteria. Upon selection of a Contractor, the City will issue a purchase order for work specified in Attachment A, Scope of Work. During evaluation, the City may consider the following: o References - history of errors and omissions via reference checks o Ability to meet contract deadlines o Responsiveness to solicitation requirements o Compliance with statutes and rules relating to contracts or services o Strength and stability of the company The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or information in the evaluation process.
